Operation of the proposed solution

We developed HW and SW solutions already tested during real interventions to guide manual procedures with precision. The distinctive feature of our HMD is the ability to offer both Optical See-Throught (OST) and Video See-Throught (VST) view on the same device. In this way the user can quickly switch from an accurate to a conformortable view and vice-versa. In case of AR information related to the surface, we can offer also an AR projected view.

Challenges

1. To extend human performances during manual precision tasks thanks to an ergonomic use of AR
